Mrs. Bauer grew up in Great Valley and attended Ellicottville Central School. She has an Associate's Degree in Social Science, a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education, and a Masters Degree in Special Education. She is certified to teach Elementary Education, Special Education and English. Mrs. Bauer is also the peer tutor coordinator and the yearbook adviser. In her spare time, Mrs. Bauer enjoys spending time with her husband, who is a professional firefighter, and 4-year old son.

She has her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from D'Youville College. She has over ten years of experience with school based, pediatric physical therapy. Alice Alessi is our speech-language therapist at ECS and provides services to students in K-12. She resides in Randolph, NY, and has been working as a speech pathologist since 1991. Ms. Alessi is New York licensed and has a Masters Degree in Speech and Hearing from SUNY at Fredonia. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, skiing, reading and hiking.
